Parkview Health in Fort Wayne, Indiana has recently completed the expansion of its Parkview Warsaw outpatient center, transforming it into a full-service hospital known as Parkview Kosciusko Hospital in Warsaw, Indiana.
This expansion project involved adding an impressive 88,000 square feet to the existing 86,000-square-foot building, resulting in a four-story hospital offering a range of inpatient and outpatient care services.
The hospital now features two operating rooms and two procedure rooms on the second floor, along with pre- and post-surgical care spaces. Additionally, there is temporary shell space available for potential future expansion based on demand.
The third floor boasts an inpatient unit with the capacity to accommodate up to 28 patients with varying levels of care. Initially opening with 12 beds, the hospital plans to add more beds as demand grows.
In addition to its medical facilities, the new hospital also contains a café, administrative offices, and classrooms on the lower level.
