OSF HealthCare, a nonprofit Catholic healthcare organization based in Peoria, Illinois, has announced plans for a $17.8 million expansion project at St. Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington. The expansion will see the addition of 25 inpatient beds, 10 medical/surgical beds, and 15 intensive care beds to the existing 149-bed hospital.
