Hey there, friends! How’s your week going so far? I’ve got a discovery call and a lab review call on my agenda today, along with a sweat-inducing yoga class. Wishing you a fabulous day ahead!

In today’s post, I want to share my absolute favorite healthy food brands. When I say “healthy,” I mean products with simple ingredients and minimal additives like oils, sweeteners, and artificial colors. I typically opt for certified-organic brands, wild-caught seafood, and B corps that prioritize people and the planet.

In a perfect world, I’d make everything from scratch, including our snacks. While we cook most of our meals at home (with takeout as a treat 1-2 times a week), I still rely on packaged options for convenience. I have a go-to list of brands that I love, and I’m excited to share some of them with you today!

It’s important to acknowledge that food prices are skyrocketing and times are tough for many. If you’re struggling to put food on the table, know that I see you and send you a big virtual hug. No judgment here – we’re all doing our best.

My kids would die if they saw this photo of my “dogs” lol
