Patrick Matthews has been appointed as the senior vice president of finance and investments at Charter Senior Living, bringing with him over 15 years of industry experience. In his new role, Matthews will oversee all financial and operational key performance indicators and analyses.
Prior to joining Charter Senior Living, Matthews served as executive vice president of finance and business development for Aviva Senior Living.

ReNew, a real estate investment trust, announced the promotion of Tom Foggarty to director of asset management. Foggarty initially joined ReNew as a portfolio management analyst in 2020 and was later promoted to senior analyst in 2022. Before his positions at ReNew, Foggarty worked in transaction real estate for EY.
