FCA, a Philadelphia-based architecture and interior design firm, has made significant promotions within its healthcare sector team. Chip Hemphill and Stephen Jouflas have been promoted to principals, with Hemphill focusing on mentoring junior staff and quality assurance, while Jouflas takes on greater operational responsibility and staff development.

In addition to the principal promotions, FCA has also appointed four new senior associates: Brian Kessler, Paige Macfarlan, Jessica Roden, and Jessica Rotenberger. The firm has also named eight new associates in the healthcare sector: Mario DeJesus, Brian Fullen, Nicholas Husbands, Adam Musante, and Carol Vandiepen.
