iPLATO and Healthera launch Click and Collect on myGP app

iPLATO and Healthera have joined forces to introduce a new feature to the myGP app called Click-and-Collect prescriptions. Through this partnership, patients can select a pharmacy online and collect their medication there. This service is available at over 1,500 local pharmacies across England. iPLATO and Healthera are working to expand their Pharmacy-First footprint, with plans to introduce online booking for common condition services in 2024. The myGP app also offers PillTime’s unique service to simplify managing multiple medications. This new feature aims to improve medication adherence and provide more options for patients.
