The Concept
Planning for Overture Arcadia began in 2019 with a focus on creating spaces that draw residents together. Designed by Alliance Residential, triARC Architecture, and StudioSIX5, the community boasts a modern flair with colors and textures that pay homage to the surrounding desert landscape. The 160 apartments in the three-story building offer upscale living in a maintenance-free environment.
The Construction
Construction of Overture Arcadia started in April 2021 and was completed in March 2023. Despite challenges such as noise reduction in the bustling Old Town neighborhood, the community stayed on budget at $29 million. The final design reflects a seamless collaboration between designers and builders to create aesthetically pleasing spaces for future residents.
The Completion
Now operated by Greystar, Overture Arcadia offers a range of amenities including a great room, movie theater, yoga studio, meeting rooms, game room, coffee bar, cafe, and outdoor facilities like a putting green and pickleball courts. Residents are enjoying maintenance-free living in a vibrant community that has exceeded their expectations.
