Maximizing the Site
The community consists of four buildings that blend harmoniously with the landscape, creating various outdoor spaces and gardens. The buildings’ design incorporates metal cladding and timber details, with each housing 10 private residential units and a communal space.
Creating Communal Space for Seniors
Connecting the buildings is the “Heart Zone,” a central hub designed with warm materials, integrated artwork, and comfortable furniture. This space is flooded with natural light and offers views of the garden and nearby woods.
Creating a Homelike Setting in Resident Rooms
The resident rooms are designed with floor-to-ceiling windows, natural materials, and a calming color palette, providing a bright and homelike atmosphere. Additional spaces include staff meeting rooms, dedicated rooms for appointments, and activity rooms.
