This week, I showcased some innovative kitchen tips to enhance recipe flavors and minimize food waste, resulting in a win-win situation. One of my tips involves repurposing leftover pickle juice from a pickle jar, which is packed with seasonings and deliciousness. This can be used to marinate chicken or create a refreshing tomato cucumber salad, perfect for enjoying on its own or as a topping for salads or burritos. The second tip utilizes the remnants of a peanut butter jar to make a heart-healthy dressing that pairs perfectly with salads, bowls, and even cold pasta leftovers.
