UChicago Medicine has expanded its primary care facilities in Chicago’s Hyde Park and Kenwood neighborhoods this fall, adding accessibility and convenience for the local community.
In September, UChicago Medicine opened the Cottage Grove clinic in partnership with Comer Children’s Hospital, offering family medicine, general pediatric care, laboratory and immunization services.
Following this, the health system launched the Kenwood primary care and internal medicine site in October, providing both in-person and virtual visits for patients.
Both locations offer a range of services including wellness exams, preventive screenings for adults and children, outpatient procedures, diagnostics, as well as school and sports physicals.
