Juniper Communities adds three communities
Juniper Communities recently expanded its portfolio by acquiring three new communities. The communities, located in Hamilton and Washington Square, New Jersey, as well as Newark, Delaware, have been rebranded under the Juniper Village name. This strategic move aims to enhance the services and offerings provided to residents in these areas.
Presbyterian Senior Living and Continuum Healthcare, Inc. have also finalized an agreement for the transfer of ownership of Windy Hill Village. This community, which includes skilled nursing beds, personal care beds, and independent living cottages, has been under Presbyterian Senior Living’s ownership since 2003. The ownership transfer is scheduled to be completed by the summer of 2024.
Blueprint advises on sale of two Utah communities
Blueprint has been engaged for the sale of two assisted living and memory care communities in Utah as part of an exit strategy. Despite challenges faced during the transaction process, the sale of the Salt Lake City and Saint George communities was successfully completed on time. The transition involved Pennant, the seller, and the outgoing operator reaching a mutual agreement.

Health Dimensions Group appointed to manage Northern Lights Services
Health Dimensions Group has been appointed to oversee the day-to-day operations of Northern Lights Services, following a management agreement announced on March 19. Since stepping into this role on February 1, HDG has been working closely with Northern Lights Health Care Center and The Oaks at Northern Lights to enhance various aspects of the community’s operations, including resident care, family engagement, and life enrichment programs.
Dover Health announces launch
Dover Health, a healthcare company specializing in personalized and holistic health and wellness services for seniors, officially launched on March 13. With a focus on home health, hospice, private duty services, and long-term care pharmacy, Dover Health plans to expand its offerings to include primary care and palliative care services in the near future, catering primarily to the Midwest region.
