As a health and wellness professional, I’ve had my fair share of ups and downs on my journey. From discovering that not everything works for everyone to realizing the importance of good shoes in workouts, I’ve learned some valuable lessons along the way. Prioritizing sleep, finding the right exercise routine, and understanding the impact of nutrition have all played a crucial role in my wellness journey.
