Feeling sore and tired from intense workouts can be a sign of progress, but it’s important to also prioritize rest and recovery. Just like in fitness, recovery is crucial in all aspects of life. Without adequate rest, we risk burning out and hindering our long-term progress.
Whether it’s focusing on tasks, dealing with chaos, being productive, or nurturing relationships, taking breaks and allowing yourself time to recharge is essential. Assess where you may need more rest and make a conscious effort to prioritize self-care.
