The Practice of Examining Our Beliefs

One valuable practice that can truly transform us is the act of examining our beliefs. When we feel stuck or unable to move forward, it is often our beliefs that are holding us back.

By identifying these beliefs, we can start to understand how they impact our actions and emotions. For example, beliefs such as “I’m going to do a bad job” or “This will be boring” only serve to hinder our progress.
