Method
- Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare a 6×6 inch pan with parchment paper.
- Place the cookies into a food processor and blend until fine crumbles form.
- Add in the cashew butter and pulse until combined, then add half of the cranberries and white chocolate pieces and combine.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for 9-10 minutes. Let cool.
- Place the cream cheese into a bowl of a stand-alone mixer and beat until fluffy.
- Add in the milk, protein, and sweetener and beat until combined.
- Spread the mixture over the cookie layer and top with remaining cranberries.
- Melt the remaining white chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth.
- Drizzle over the top of the bliss bars. Chill for 1 hour.
- Cut into 8 triangles and serve.
