Hey there! I hope you’re having a great morning. So, No Sugar January is off to a good start, but I should have clarified that it’s more about cutting out sweets and added sugar, not all sugar. For example, I’m swapping out maple syrup for protein powder and MCT oil in my oatmeal. As for workouts, I’ve been hitting it hard with legs and HIIT, as well as aerial yoga. Today, I’m teaching barre and squeezing in my personal workout during naptime. I’ve been loving my Apple Watch for fitness motivation, but the Fitbit Alta has its perks, too.
