The completion of the Metrodora Institute, a cutting-edge medical and research center specializing in complex neuroimmune axis disorders, marks a significant milestone for Salt Lake City.
This state-of-the-art facility is specifically designed to foster collaboration among medical experts and facilitate the application of scientific research and discovery directly to patient care.
Spanning 60,000 square feet, the institute features an ambulatory surgery center across two clinic floors, as well as research and pathology laboratories, workspaces, and a café.
The project was executed by HGA, who led the planning, engineering, and design/build, with Denton House (Holladay, Utah) contributing to the interior design and serving as the architect-of-record. Wasatch Commercial (West Valley City, Utah) managed the construction, and Layton Construction (Sandy, Utah) oversaw the general contracting.
