Maven Clinic, the world’s largest virtual clinic for women and families, has teamed up with BSI to provide its employees around the world with access to Maven’s Menopause and Ongoing Care program. This partnership enables BSI staff to have 24/7 unlimited access to dedicated care advocates and menopause specialists, including nutritionists, mental health providers, pelvic floor physical therapists, career coaches and obstetrician-gynaecologists. Employees will also have access to virtual care with specialists across more than 35 different languages via video or message chat. This collaboration reflects BSI’s commitment to supporting its employees as they navigate the menopause and promotes inclusivity in the workplace. The move also aligns with BSI’s publication of the workplace standard menopause, menstrual health and menstruation in the workplace, BS 30416. Maven’s VP global growth and partnerships, Leila Thabet, expressed that it is a privilege to partner with an organization that is a champion of equity in the workplace. Anne Hayes, director of sectors at BSI, highlighted the importance of comprehensive menopause support for women in their careers and society’s approach to menopause. This collaboration with Maven further enhances BSI’s existing offerings and aims to promote a more diverse and equitable working future. This partnership comes a year after Maven Clinic’s acquisition of digital health company Naytal to expand its presence in the UK and Europe.
