During childhood, I struggled with anger issues that led to therapy sessions. Initially, I resisted therapy, feeling like it was admitting something was wrong with me. As I got older, I realized therapists are there to help, not judge. One therapist helped me work through anxiety and taught me valuable coping strategies. While I haven’t needed therapy recently, I’m open to it in the future. I believe it’s essential to have someone to talk to during tough times. Mental health discussions are more common now, especially among younger generations. Opening up and seeking help is becoming easier, and I encourage others to do the same. Being there for friends in need is crucial, and knowing you’re not alone is comforting, whether in therapy or not.
