JLL announces construction financing for California project
JLL Capital Markets has arranged a $51.1 million construction financing for an active adult community in Danville, California.
The community will consist of 13 one-bedroom, 29 two-bedroom, and eight three-bedroom condominium units, along with amenities such as a lounge, game area, library, rooftop terrace, bocce ball court, fire pit, barbecue, and fitness center.
Projected completion is set for 2025.
Friendship Village of Dublin, Crawford Hoying partner on active adult project
Friendship Village of Dublin has partnered with developer Crawford Hoying for an active adult project called the Bailey at Bridge Park.
This $48 million project includes 87 active adult apartments for rent.

Leasing underway for Watermark community
The Watermark at San Jose, a new senior living community in California, is currently leasing and is set to open by mid-year. The 164-unit luxury senior living community will offer assisted living and memory care and is situated in a neighborhood with parks, community events, and diverse culinary options.
Apartment layouts include studios, one- and two-bedroom options.
