Learn how I managed to lose the weight during perimenopause!

You may have heard this before…

When it comes to losing weight and transforming your body, the techniques that worked in your 20s may not be effective in your 40s.

Losing weight in your 20s:

  • Skipping meals and limiting intake to 1,200 calories a day
  • Extensive cardio such as running
  • Relying on coffee for breakfast
  • Eating dry salads with plain chicken breast
  • Taking random weight loss supplements

Losing weight in your 40s:

  • Following a carefully planned nutrition with a responsible cut phase
  • Incorporating strength training at least 3 times a week
  • Consuming adequate protein and whole foods
  • Increasing daily movement through activities such as walking
  • Getting 8 or more hours of sleep every night

My Perimenopause Weight Loss Journey

My weight loss journey involved PATIENCE and a PLAN.

Before [2020]: Overworked, exhausted, and struggling with hormonal imbalances. I gained 10-15 pounds practically overnight and felt awful.

After [2023]: Happier, balanced, and lost nearly 15 pounds. No more hormonal symptoms, plenty of energy, and improved health.

It’s important to note that I didn’t lose 15 pounds overnight, and that’s where many women go wrong during perimenopause.

Sure, we all want to see changes immediately, but understanding the process and providing the right care is crucial.

  • A new approach and mindset
  • Adopting healthier habits
  • Seeking personalized guidance and support

I always encourage our clients to seek help and guidance, especially when it comes to weight loss challenges during perimenopause. With the right plan and support, it’s possible to see positive changes in your health and weight.

If you have the right protocol, professionals, and coaches to guide you, life can truly be incredible. It can ALL change.

Applications are officially OPEN for 1:1 coaching and functional testing for 2024!

We understand that the holiday season is a busy time, but if you want to start fresh with a personalized protocol and coach after the New Year, now is the time to start the onboarding process as it can take 6-8 weeks to get your test results.

APPLY RIGHT HERE to get started.

We are looking forward to helping you make a real change in your health and well-being!

Tina and coaching team
