Hammes has completed the development of the Jackson Medical Plaza in McAllen, Texas. This state-of-the-art facility includes a 43,000-square-foot medical office building (MOB) and an ambulatory surgery center.
The plaza is home to Texas Digestive Specialists (TDS) and The Advanced Weight Loss Center at TDS, providing comprehensive healthcare services. The McAllen Surgery Center, specializing in gastroenterological and colorectal care, is equipped with five procedure rooms and one operating room (OR).
