The GEN-O application is reshaping genomic medicine services in North West England
Developed by Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT), GEN-O is revolutionizing patient care and virtual care pathways in the region. Initially deployed at Manchester Centre for Genomic Medicine, GEN-O is now expanding to other clinical areas within MFT. The platform aims to improve care management by bringing together genomic information and facilitating discussions across various specialties.
Professor Graeme Black from MFT praises GEN-O for enhancing patient care and reducing staff burdens, highlighting its potential for nationwide adoption.
