Harmony Senior Services is proud to announce the addition of Ken Segarnick, formerly Chief Corporate Officer at Brandywine Senior Living, as their new CEO. With over 21 years of experience at Brandywine, Segarnick played a key role in the company’s growth and development, tripling its size and establishing a reputation for hospitality-inspired senior living.
Segarnick, who assumed the role of CEO in May of this year, brings with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the senior living industry. He is also actively involved in the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing and Care as the vice chairperson of the board of directors, as well as serving on the advisory board of the Cornell University Institute of Healthy Futures.
Harmony Senior Services has been making headlines with their commitment to affordable senior housing, including a $30 million project in Reading, Pennsylvania, converting a warehouse into 244 affordable senior living apartments. Additionally, they are spearheading a $55 million development of a new assisted living community in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
