Stalis, founded in 1984, brings a wealth of experience in healthcare data migration, data quality, and archiving solutions to the table. Recent projects include work with West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust.
The acquisition complements Egress Group’s expertise in system integration and data migration across healthcare, as well as working across the public and private sectors. The two companies now offer true, end-to-end data management services and solutions, from strategic reviews and readiness assessments, to data migration, system integration, archiving and data quality, and advanced analytics for proactive and predictive care.
Despite the acquisition, there are no plans for redundancies or staff reductions. Stalis will continue to operate independently, focusing solely on healthcare, with no organizational changes planned. The combined effort of Egress Group and Stalis now provides a unique, end-to-end data management expertise that will be incredibly beneficial to healthcare organizations.
