Belmont Village Senior Living and Turnberry have broken ground on a new luxury senior living community, Belmont Village Aventura, in South Florida. This marks the third location for Belmont Village in the area and the first collaboration with Turnberry, a renowned developer in residential and hospitality sectors.
The community will encompass 180,000 square feet, with an 11-story building offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care across 153 apartments. The apartments will feature high-quality materials and finishes, including stone counters, stainless steel appliances, and walk-in closets. The community will also include various amenities such as a fine-dining restaurant, full-service bistro, rooftop bar, fitness center, and pool.
