Arrow Senior Living has recently expanded its portfolio by becoming an operating partner with Welltower for six independent living communities and acquiring two additional communities in Iowa, Missouri, and Arkansas. The St. Louis-based operator is thrilled to bring its award-winning care and services to more individuals in the Midwest and beyond. Currently managing a total of 654 apartments in three states, Arrow Senior Living is dedicated to building new relationships with residents and team members in the region.
With the addition of the newly acquired communities, Arrow Senior Living now oversees a total of 45 communities across six Midwestern states. The company’s expansion includes managing communities such as Cambridge Senior Living and Gardens at Arkanshire in Missouri, The Montvale Senior Living in Illinois, and Mallard Point Senior Living and Walden Place Senior Living in Iowa. Arrow Senior Living has also added CedarStone Senior Living and PrairieStone Senior Living in Cedar Falls, Iowa, offering a wide range of living options including independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
Additionally, Arrow Senior Living was recognized for its innovative marketing efforts with “The V Living Experience” campaign, which resulted in a significant increase in web-based leads targeted at incoming baby boomers. Welltower, the company’s partner, is also strengthening relationships with various operators in the senior living industry while focusing on improving margins to provide returns for investors.
