In this week’s episode, I showcased two fall produce favorites—sweet potatoes and pumpkin—that prove orange is the new black. First, I diced sweet potatoes and added them to everyone’s beloved comfort food, Mac & Cheese. Then, I incorporated pumpkin into a decadent and easy mug cake for a delicious dessert.
