I realized I had been making things too complicated, affecting my focus and energy.
So, I went back to basics.
I exercised, ate a balanced meal, and took a break from screens before bed – simple things that made a huge difference.
The next day, I felt amazing, focused, and more productive.
Simple, Not Easy.
Many companies make problems seem complex to sell complicated solutions.
But the key is simplicity: eat well, exercise, and get enough rest.
Understanding that the solution is simple, but not easy, helps us focus on making it a habit.
