As we transition into autumn, the changing of seasons prompts reflection on our routines and habits. Summer often disrupts our carefully laid out plans with travel, visitors, and outdoor activities, but this is not a problem. It simply provides an opportunity to practice restarting and embracing Beginner’s Mind.
Take a moment to consider what has been thrown off track in your life – exercise, healthy eating, morning routines, meditation, productivity, finances? Release any guilt or judgment, and instead show yourself grace. Understand that you are always doing your best. Forgive yourself and let go of any “should haves.”
Come back to zero and enjoy the process of restarting. There is joy in the new beginning. If you’re interested in diving deeper into this topic, join my Fearless Living Academy for a live workshop on Restarting Habits next week. It’s a chance to work on your habits with the support of a community and my video courses on habit creation. I hope to see you there and wish you the best in this season of restarting. 🌺
