Cressey Sports Performance – Florida is expanding its Palm Beach Gardens, FL facility and is in search of a pitching coach to join our team this fall.
The ideal candidate will work with a wide range of clients, from middle schoolers to major league players.
Responsibilities for this role include:
- Providing pitching coaching in semi-private and private settings
- Leading pitching consultations, incorporating video analysis and data evaluation
- Developing throwing programs
- Participating in educational programs for staff and interns
- Assisting in pitching biomechanics assessments
- Collaborating in youth baseball camps and community activities
Qualifications:
- Experience working with baseball athletes
- Ability to collaborate with sports medicine and strength and conditioning professionals
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Familiarity with pitching technology and modern analytics
- Desire to work in a team environment
