But there are ways to improve your ability to finish what you start. Here are some tips:

  • Make a deeper commitment: Understand why you care about a goal and commit fully to achieving it. Treat it like a non-negotiable task.
  • Use accountability & consequences: Hold yourself accountable by setting up consequences for not following through. This can help you stay motivated.
  • Get support: Seek out a coach or community to provide encouragement and guidance. Having someone in your corner can make a big difference.
