This circuit training guide is going to provide you with everything you need to complete your first amazing circuit training workout today. Plus, it features dinosaurs! These workouts are similar to the custom programs we create for our Online Coaching Clients who work out at home, on the road, and even in outer space. Okay, maybe not outer space (yet), but we do have clients in Antarctica, aerospace engineers, and even someone who works on Star Trek. Close enough, right?

Our workout programs are designed to be fun and effective! If you want to maximize your results in a short amount of time, one of the 15+ circuits below will definitely do the trick:

  • Circuit 1
  • Circuit 2
  • Circuit 3

Let’s dive into what circuit training is all about:

What is Circuit Training?

Circuit training involves doing a sequence of exercises one after the other and then repeating the sequence multiple times. The goal is to hit each major muscle group during one full circuit. Some key points about circuit training include:

  • Several different exercises in a circuit
  • Little to no rest in between exercises
  • Repeating the circuit multiple times

The idea is to work different parts of your body with various exercises to build cardiovascular health, muscular endurance, strength, and burn calories.

Why Should I do Circuit Training?

Circuit training combines strength training and aerobic exercise, providing benefits for building muscle, burning fat, and improving stamina. It offers a win-win-win situation for your health and fitness goals.

Before and after any circuit training session, be sure to warm up and stretch to prevent injuries and prepare your body for the workout. Here’s a sample warm-up routine you can follow:
