Get ready to complete this workout either at home or at the gym with just one kettlebell. Say goodbye to common mistakes and hello to building strength, burning fat, and improving your overall fitness!

Let’s dive into the 20-Minute Beginner Kettlebell Workout, complete with a video demonstration led by our expert trainer, Matt Shortis. Here’s a breakdown of the workout circuit you’ll complete three times:

– 8 Halos (each side)
– 10 Goblet Squats
– 8 Overhead Presses (each side)
– 15 Kettlebell Swings -OR- Romanian Deadlifts
– 8 Bent Over Rows (each side)
– 6 Front Rack Reverse Lunges (per side)

This beginner kettlebell workout is structured as a circuit, meaning you’ll move through each exercise consecutively before starting again for a complete workout. Aim to complete 3 full circuits for optimal results, taking breaks as needed to maintain proper form and technique.

Prior to starting the circuit, ensure you warm up your muscles and joints with some mobility exercises to prevent injury and prepare your body for the workout ahead. Finish with a light stretch and some hydration to cool down.

Follow this routine at least once a week, up to 2-3 times a week, with rest days in between to allow your muscles to recover and grow stronger. Remember, progress happens during rest, so prioritize recovery for optimal results.
