Curious about how I structure my weekly workouts? Here’s a glimpse into my routine!

Hello there! Hope you’re having a fabulous day. I’m currently soaking up the magic at Disneyland with my favorite people, indulging in all things Disney! While I won’t be hitting the gym this week, I’ll be sure to clock in 20k steps daily (except for the journey back home).

In this post, I wanted to share insights into my recent workout regimen and how I plan my fitness routines. Check out the image below for a visual representation!

My workouts vary weekly, but here are some key components:

– 3 strength classes (F45, pure barre, Fit Team)
– 1-2 hot yoga or barre sessions
– 1-2 cardio days on Peloton or Sculpt Society
– 1-2 rest days

Sample Week of Workouts:

Sunday: Rest
Monday: Hot yoga or power yoga
Tuesday: F45 total body or Fit Team total body
Wednesday: Peloton or Sculpt Society
Thursday: F45 legs or Fit Team legs
Friday: Pure barre or Pilates
Saturday: Hike, Sculpt Society, or rest

I also make time for daily walks with Maisey and incorporate walking during meetings. My routine focuses less on intense cardio and more on sustainable activities to prevent fatigue and support my health needs.

This balanced approach has been effective for me, allowing me to stay active without overexerting myself. How do you structure your weekly workouts? Share your tips!
