This recipe is minimalistic but full of bold flavors, combining creamy avocado, zesty lemon juice, fresh pico de gallo, and a pop of cilantro. It’s easy to make, taking less than 10 minutes. Ingredients:
– 2 ripe avocados
– Juice of half to a whole lemon
– Pico de gallo salsa

1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
