Today, I want to share my current winter skincare routine with you. From luxurious moisturizers to exfoliating masks, I’ll show you how I use safer products to keep my skin healthy and radiant during the colder months.
Hi friends! I hope you had a wonderful weekend. I recently returned from Phoenix where we stayed at the Scottsdale Fairmont Princess and enjoyed Ballet Arizona’s Nutcracker. I’ll be sharing more about our adventures in Friday Faves, so stay tuned for that. And don’t forget to check out the winners of this year’s Favorite Things giveaway here.
As the weather gets colder (even in Arizona), my skin becomes more prone to dryness due to the lack of natural moisture. That’s why I make some adjustments to my skincare routine to keep my complexion healthy and happy during this time of year.
My routine starts with a gentle cleanser to remove makeup and impurities without drying out my skin. Then, I apply a vitamin C serum packed with antioxidants and a moisturizer containing hyaluronic acid and ceramides to lock in moisture and repair the skin barrier.
Once a week, I exfoliate with a mild scrub or chemical exfoliant to get rid of dead skin cells and reveal a radiant glow. I also use different masks on a rotating basis.
Finally, I always make sure to apply broad-spectrum sunscreen, even on cloudy days, to protect my skin from harmful UV rays. This is a crucial step in my routine.
Now, let me show you what my winter skincare routine looks like. While it may change over time as I discover new products, these are some of my tried-and-true favorites.
