The winners of the 2024 Digital Health Networks Awards were announced at a ceremony held at Summer Schools in Durham on July 17. These awards recognize and celebrate digital leaders who are shaping the future of healthcare in the NHS. The finalists were judged by representatives from the Digital Health CCIO, CIO, and CNIO Networks Advisory Panels and the ICS Digital Council. The winners include the Great North Care Record team for Outstanding Team, Tosin Akinlabi for Rising Star, Natasha Chare for CIO of the Year, Ramandeep Kaur for CCIO of the Year, Simon Noel for CNIO of the Year, and a posthumous award for Glenn Winteringham for Outstanding Achievement. These awards highlight the innovation, dedication, and excellence of individuals and teams driving transformation in healthcare through digital technologies. The event took place as part of the Digital Health Summer Schools 2024 at Durham University.
