Hello friends! How’s the day going? Thank you all for the lovely birthday wishes for Miss P. She really enjoyed them. (She also loved the “Happy Birthday” song!) Stay tuned for a recap of the birthday festivities in a future post. For now, I have a new workout for you that combines two of my favorite fitness tools: the kettlebell and the TRX suspension trainer. Get ready for a challenging TRX Kettlebell Circuit Workout that will work your deep core stabilizers and keep your muscles guessing. This longer circuit includes 11 exercises, with a focus on unilateral movements. If you’re short on time, feel free to modify and keep the workout going.
