Highgate Senior Living taps rehab services partner
HealthPro Heritage has been chosen by Highgate Senior Living to offer rehabilitation services at its communities, as announced on July 16.
Services provided by HealthPro Heritage will include physical, occupational, and speech language therapy, as well as fall prevention, memory care, and care coordination programming for residents.
“We are excited to partner with HealthPRO Heritage to provide our residents with high-quality support from licensed therapists,” stated Marcie Suppé, Director of Resident Services for Highgate Senior Living. “Their extensive range of services aims to enhance wellness, mobility, fitness, and overall quality of life for our residents.”
Larksfield Place names agency of record
Larksfield Place, a senior living community based in Wichita, Kansas, has appointed Varsity as its agency of record for senior services.
The collaboration between the two organizations, as per a press release on July 15, will involve research, sales consulting, creation of a creative campaign, and marketing for Larksfield Place’s forthcoming expansion.
Varsity and Larksfield Place aim to generate qualified leads for the expansion project while maintaining an occupancy rate of over 90% for the current community.

CFG closes on $23.6M in refinancing
Capital Financing Group has closed a $23.6 million Bridge-to-HUD loan for a skilled nursing facility in Delaware.
The deal for the 169-bed facility was finalized on June 27 on behalf of a nationally recognized borrower, as mentioned in a press release.
“This transaction showcases our continued growth and commitment to being a true partner to our clients in achieving their objectives,” said Tim Eberhardt, CFG bank chief lending officer for Bridge and HUD loans, in the release.
