What happens when you pour all your heart and soul into something? In cooking, it’s a scrumptious meal. In art, it’s work that tugs at emotions. In writing, it’s a masterpiece that connects and motivates. As the author of the latest Netter’s Collection of Medical Illustrations, I’ve poured everything into the Reproductive Volume. I’ve given my all to this book.
Netter Who?
Dr. Frank Netter, a trained artist and surgeon, dedicated his life to medical illustration. His legendary tome, “The Green Book,” is a staple in medical education, revered for its contribution to human anatomy.
Why Me?
When I was asked to author the 2nd edition of The Green Book, I was humbled. Now, with the 3rd edition in my hands, I’ve strived to continue Netter’s legacy by updating concepts in reproductive biology and assisted reproduction.
A Lofty Redux
Creating the latest edition of the Netter’s Collection, I am both inspired and intimidated by my predecessor. By carrying on the tradition of this timeless work, I aim to honor the brilliance of those who came before me.
