Southside Community Health Services is excited to announce the upcoming opening of an integrated health community clinic in Minneapolis, called One Southside.
With a 30,000-square-foot space, the clinic will feature a diagnostic laboratory, mammography suite, and administrative offices, providing comprehensive healthcare services to the community.
Construction is scheduled to commence in mid-2024, with an expected completion date in 2025. The project team, comprised of 4RM+ULA, Perkins&Will, Ryan Companies, Zuri3 Construction, and Classic Lake Consulting, is dedicated to bringing this vision to life.
