Solinity, a senior living developer, owner, and operator, has recently acquired the St. Ives community in Johns Creek, Georgia as part of their new brand launch and growth strategy. This 36-apartment assisted living and memory care community marks the first under Solinity’s new Hometown Living brand, aimed at filling a gap in secondary and tertiary markets. CEO Josh Crisp emphasizes the brand’s focus on hometown hospitality and providing support that smaller communities may lack. Solinity’s future plans include two additional acquisitions and three master-planned developments, all within the U.S. Southeast region. The company’s vertical integration allows for better management of margins, ensuring a successful expansion strategy. Looking ahead, Solinity will continue to focus on acquiring properties with good reputations and providing high levels of service, potentially expanding to include multi-generational housing options in the future.
