Applications for the Shuri Network Bursary Programme for 2024 are now open!
The Shuri Network, the first NHS and care network for women from ethnic minorities in digital health and data, is offering women from minority ethnic groups the opportunity to secure a free place at Digital Health Summer Schools 2024 in Durham. The initiative aims to promote diversity in digital health, challenge the system, and support members in their careers.
Successful applicants will receive a bursary covering expenses for the event on 18-19 July at Durham University. The bursary includes two-day access to keynotes, presentations, breakout sessions, networking, accommodation, meals, refreshments, evening social events, and a CPD certificate of attendance.

To be eligible, applicants must identify as female, be from a BAME background, be UK residents, and members of the Shuri Network and Digital Health Networks. They should work in digital health or social care fields or use technology in their daily work within health and social care.
Preference will be given to first-time attendees, and the deadline for applications is Friday 26 April at 12pm.
