Pharmacy2U Enhances Customer Experience with New Prescription Order-Tracking Service
Pharmacy2U, the UK’s largest online pharmacy, has rolled out a dynamic order-tracking service for its 800,000 customers. This innovative feature provides customers with full visibility of their prescription orders, from payment to dispatch and delivery.
Patients now have the option to track their medication every step of the way, giving them certainty about the arrival time of their prescriptions. In case of delays, customers can choose to split their orders for individual deliveries or opt to collect them from a local pharmacy for added convenience.
Kevin Heath, CEO of Pharmacy2U, expressed the company’s commitment to improving access to healthcare by putting control back into the hands of patients. The six-step order journey includes stages such as GP approval, clinical review, packing, and order dispatch, ensuring a seamless process for customers.
In addition to the new order-tracking service, Pharmacy2U has introduced various initiatives to enhance customer experience, including joining the NHS Pharmacy First program and offering same-day appointments for managing common conditions. The company has also expanded its services to include Travel and Medical Letters, Health Services, a Private Online Doctor service, and an online pharmacy shop.
