Pesto Salmon Recipe

For those busy weeknights, this 3-ingredient pesto salmon recipe is a lifesaver! With just a few ingredients, you can have a healthy and delicious meal on the table in no time. Ingredients for Pesto Salmon

– Salmon fillets with the skin on
– Pesto (store-bought or homemade)
– Shredded parmesan cheese

How to Make Pesto Salmon

1. Spread pesto over each piece of salmon and sprinkle with cheese.
2. Cook in the air fryer for seven minutes at 400°F or in the oven at 425°F for 10-12 minutes.

What to Serve with Pesto Salmon

This pesto salmon pairs well with a variety of side dishes. For leftovers, store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat as needed.

Air Fryer directions: Spritz the basket with olive oil to prevent sticking. Spread 1 tablespoon of pesto over the top of each salmon. Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese on top. Air fry for 7 minutes at 400°F, or longer depending on the thickness of the salmon.
