NHSE to republish Palantir patient data contract with fewer redactions

In response to legal action from Good Law Project, NHS England has committed to republishing its patient data contracts with Palantir and IQVIA with fewer redactions. The heavily redacted contracts were criticized for lack of transparency, with significant portions blanked out. Good Law Project will scrutinize the revised contracts and is prepared to take further legal action if necessary. NHSE had previously planned to issue versions with fewer redactions but had not committed to removing some redactions until now. This comes as Good Law Project prepares to launch a separate legal challenge against NHSE over data handling practices.
