Hubbell Realty has recently introduced a new business vertical aimed at enhancing the management of its Edencrest brand of senior living communities. Highmark Senior Living, a subsidiary of the West Des Moines-based company, is now overseeing the operations of six Edencrest communities, offering amenities such as restaurant-style dining, beauty salons, and fitness centers, along with assisted living and memory care units.

In addition to the existing communities, Highmark will also manage new Edencrest properties, with plans for expansion including a total of eight communities by the end of 2025. This strategic move, led by Kyle Gamble, COO and executive vice president of Hubbell Realty Company, reflects the company’s commitment to providing high-quality senior housing services.

With a track record of successful development and management in various sectors, Hubbell Realty’s foray into senior living is seen as a natural progression. The company, known for its expertise in managing residential and commercial properties, is now focused on optimizing its senior living assets under the Edencrest brand through Highmark Senior Living.

Gamble emphasized that Highmark’s management services will be exclusive to the Edencrest communities, showcasing a specialized and dedicated approach to senior living operations. As occupancy rates remain strong and new communities are in the pipeline, Hubbell Realty is poised to deliver exceptional senior living experiences in the Central Iowa community.
