Why did you choose to work in memory care?
Working with older adults, especially those with cognitive change, has always been my passion. It is fulfilling to help them find joy and meaning in their lives and educate others about the challenges they face.
What is the most important lesson you’ve learned in memory care?
Continuous education is crucial in supporting individuals with cognitive change and dispelling stigma. Quality education positively impacts our interactions with these individuals.
