What inspired you to become a Senior Planet Trainer?
After training in dance conservatory and yoga, my injury led me to explore Iyengar yoga and aligning the body. Sharing this knowledge with others at Senior Planet was a thrilling opportunity for me.

What do you enjoy most about being a trainer at Senior Planet?
Witnessing the progress of my students over the years has been incredibly rewarding.
What are your hobbies outside of your work as an artist and Senior Planet trainer?
I enjoy swimming, especially in Lake Michigan during the summer. It’s a source of inspiration for my artistic endeavors.
What does “aging with attitude” mean to you?
Embracing aging means gaining a nuanced perspective. By understanding ourselves and others better, we can make choices that align with our vision for the world.
